The One with Teacher Bun

// Jeans: Cheap Monday // Top: Pull and Pear //Necklace: LOB // Heels: Zara // bag: Miu Miu

And then came the day I wore an old sock in my hair. But I swear, only to get a big Lauren Conrad-ish bun ... though it might actually look more like an uptight math-teacher-from-1950s do.

The One with a Manic Monday

// Blouse: Zara // Jeans: Mango // Clutch: Louis Vuitton // Heels: Zara

I tell you, it is not the best beginning of the week when they call you back from your just started holidays for emergency business deal. Why, Mondays, why do you even exist?

The One where Work Turned into Wine

// Jacket: Zara // Jeans: H&M // Sunglasses: Versace

I always thought the scariest thing a wine can give you is hangover. Today I reached another level when the Devil itself materialized in Chilean Concha y Toro Wine cellar. As this happened after 2 merry hours of wine tasting session (South American winter is tough - one needs lots of liquid warming!), I take it as a sign to invest in Winery's famous Casillero del Diablo, just to play it safe.

The One from The Road

// Blouse: Zara //Jeans: H&M // Boots: Zara // Bag: Gucci

I travel extremely light when on business. I've even ditched laptop cases; 99% are ugly and the remaining 1% does not have space enough to serve as carry on bag, too. I know many people go for Louis Vuitton Neverfulls, but I just can't stand their semi white trash-y logo patterns, canvas "quality" and narrow straps that kill your shoulders. Instead, it was love at first sight with my Gucci Positano in black leather. He travels around the world with me!

The One with Beach Hat

// Bikini top: Zingara // Bikini bottom: American Apparel // Hat: Bijoux Terner // Bag: traditional Colombian mochila from Tayrona

When I was still living in Finland, I used to bring Hilda-the-German-cleaning-lady -like scarfs to the long waited trips to somewhere warm and sunny. I have no idea why, I have particularly small skull and flat forehead (you know what they say; small head, small... brain) and I look truly idiotic with any scarf, even in Missoni. Luckily I discovered beach hats in Mexico and have been a huge fan ever since. This large Hyacinth Bucket -like red lover is the one I always take out for hot hot hot getaways by the Pacific. Please holidays, come already!

The One with Nelson

 // Gardigan: Massimo Dutti // Necklace: Zara // Puppy: Nelson

Meet Mr. Nelson, the King in our household! He is a real street fighter, found somewhere near Lomas Verdes when he was just 2,5 weeks old, hungry, sick and homeless. Maybe because of the traumatic background, today this little bugger has a true "rapper-from-poor-to-bling" -attitude. He snores loudly in our queen size bed (naturally only on the finest sheets) pushing me -the humble servant- to the rarest edge.

The One from Chile

//Dress: tailor made in La Sastreria, Santiago

I travel quite a lot for work and though the modern gypsy life can be exhausting from time to time, it is clothe wise very mind opening. During my last trip to Santiago de Chile I stumbled across this cool little tailor shop called La Sastreria. They make their own clothes and sell vintage fashion; mainly leather jackets and sixties heels. I got this lovely, very chilean street style-ish, silky dress altered for my measurements for a bargain! It is a piece I probably would not have bought in Europe or Mexico, but in Chile made perfect sense. You know, after days of spying on the gorgeous hippie-vibe chilenas strolling down the streets of Santiago.

The One with Barbie in the Bathroom

// Top & Pants: Zara

Now this is a classic barbie pose, jeez! Minus the plastic shower cap in the background, of course. The sleek bimbo hair screamed something less cutesy, so I added this bright yellow top with black and neon colored flower print pants.

// Así o más gata el pose? Santa Madre!

The One with Disco 2000

Dress: Zara// Biker jacket: ONLY// Bag: Miu Miu// Bracelet: Amar

Going out in Buddha Bar gives striking flashbacks from the Millennium era. I mean, I'm wearing mesh dresses with geometrical hem line, bracelets with Hindu symbols and DJ is playing Madonna Ray of Light album inspired lounge muzak with sitar sounds. Thank Goodness in 2012 I'm paying my Asiapolitans myself and do not have to fear if my borrowed ID works at the door.

The One Before the Rainy Season

Jumpsuit: Ive // Necklaces: from Tarahumara Indian Reservation

The weeks before rainy season are for my liking: tropical hot but no rain! It was one of these days and I had once again broken my reading glasses. A hop, skip and a jumpsuit, and I was strolling down the narrow streets of City's zocalo (main plaza) under the burning sun for my optician. Short but not slutty, I hope.
